Can S & S Merchants make a Degree Plaque for me even though I graduated from another school other than those you have listed on your site?

S & S Merchants can make a Degree Plaque from any school as long as we are provided with a clean and clear copy of the Degree, Diploma or Certificate.

How long does it take to receive my Degree Plaque if I order it through the mail from your company?

The normal turn around time for a plaque to be delivered is three (3) weeks from the time we receive your order. We ship all items UPS ground service to the address listed on the Order Form.

My cousin graduated from a school where a representative from your company came to take orders at the school. He was able to pick-up his Degree Plaque at graduation. Why can't I do that?

S & S Merchants currently has relationships with some schools located in Texas that enable us to have a representative be at that school approximately 3 weeks before graduation. Students are allowed to place an order at that time so they can pick-up the Degree Plaque at graduation without incurring the cost of shipping.

If you have graduated and would like to have a plaque made of your accomplishment, feel free to download a Regular Order Form, complete the information, make a copy of the degree/certificate/diploma that is clear, enclose the proper payment amount including the shipping cost and send it to our office. We will fill your order and ship it to you within three (3) weeks.

I noticed that S & S Merchants provides other types of products. I would like to get a quote on some key chains with our school logo on them. What is the process for ordering promotional items through your company?

Email our office from the web-site with your need. Include all your contact information. We will email you various choices of that item along with the image and the cost break-down. We do require a 50% deposit at the time you place the order and the remaining balance due before we ship the item to you.

If I want to hire your company to create a web-site for me, what is the process?

Email our office from the web-site with your web design needs. Include the number of pages you are anticipating and indicate examples of how you would like the web-site to look. Provide contact information so a representative can give you a call for further information requirements in order to provide a quote to you. It is just that simple.
